George Benson Album Release Songs and Stories

For the jazz guitarist and vocalist George Benson, not just sing the song but like stringing the story, it is the essence of his new album Songs and Stories.
A number of renowned songwriters like James Taylor, Smokey Robinson, Lamont Dozier, Bill Withers, Donny Hathaway, and several others. Some songs were created specifically while the other in selected by George Benson for their ability to provide a simple truth about humanity.
Songs and Stories is produced by the exec VP of A & R John Burk Concord and bassist / composer Marcus Miller famous. Together with Benson, keyboardist Greg Phillinganes, Jubu guitarist and drummer John Robinson, who became the main team of the project.
Then join the series also well-known names such as guitarists Lee Ritenour, Steve Lukather, Wah Wah Watson and Norman Brown, gluttonous vocalists Patti Austin and Hathaway, keyboardist David Paich, Tom Scott and saxophonists Gerald Albright. “My brother, a member of the team like that, you can do anything,” said Benson. “We recorded for three days at studio and we touch whatever makes us all happy to be there. Interestingly, two songs in this album is ‘Do not Let Me Be Lonely Tonight’, James Taylor’s number, and ‘Sailing’ pop songs are popular in the era of 80-Christopher Cross creation recorded in Sao Paulo with Brazilian guitarist Toninho Horta and Marcelo Lima.
Answering the question whether after forty years of Benson released her first album of all these songs as by repeated? Or may be an ancient story? “If it happens to be my first time to know”, said Benson. “Because I often get bored quickly and if that happens, I’ll do something different. But I think it does not and will never happen. Music is too incredible of an experience for me “, he added.
